First of all I would like to introduce myself. My Name is Matté Massimiliano and I represent the young and creative company umami.bar.improvement. We are specialized in creating exclusive taste-experiences in form of drink-collections combined with innovative ideas and high-class service to achieve a perfect interplay in between products and services to increase the sellings. We share our savoir-faire with your company for your gastronomic projects as well with the future employees. Exactely that savoir-faire that brought so much fame to some of the most prestigious Hotel Bars in the world making them to important points of reference in the hotel business - for instance in Paris, Rome, New York and Washington DC. We are also proud to be in collaboration with the hotel company DC Cap Hotelier LLC of Washington DC and New York and with Relais & Chateaux. After being nominated "perfect barman de paris" I worked at some projects of Coca-Cola Company and Christian Dior through a french Hotel-company. I had the opportunity to have great work-experiences with Alain Ducasse, Heinz Beck, Daniel Boulud and got a close-up of the work of Jean-Francois Piège.

Wir haben uns darauf spezialisiert exklusive und innovative Ideen, erfolgsgarantierte Verkaufstaktiken, ausgefeilte Drink-Konzepte und Rezepte zu entwickeln, um diese in erhöhte Frequentierung und somit erhöhten Gewinn zu verwandeln. Wir teilen unsere jahrelangen Erfahrungswerte und unser detailliertes Wissen mit Ihrem Hotel und Ihren Mitarbeitern. Genau die Erfahrungen durch die sich einige der rennomiertesten HotelBars auf der Welt, wie in Paris, Rom, New York und Washington DC ihren Ruhm verschafft haben und somit zu wichtigen Bezugspunkten der internationalen Gastronomie geworden sind. Ich habe in den letzten Jahren mit Alain Ducasse, Heinz Beck und Daniel Boulud zusammen gearbeitet und hatte die Chance einen Blick hinter die Kulissen der Arbeit von Jean-Francois Piège zu werfen. Zu unseren Kunden gehört auch die Hotelgesellschaft DC Cap Hotelier LLC in Washington DC und New York als auch Relais & Chateaux.  
Nachdem ich als "perfect barman de paris 2007" ausgezeichnet wurde, habe ich über eine französische Hotel Gruppe an Projekten für die Coca-Cola Company und Christian Dior gearbeitet.
